Steel Conveyors
We specialize in parts handling solutions for the plastics industry. Our conveyor product lines are rugged and suitable for under the press applications. Our Heavy Duty Belt Conveyor is constructed from formed C-channel steel with welded cross members and is used for heavy weight finished part applications. MAC's steel conveyors have the options of a standard metallic silver powdered coated or stainless steel finish. Custom powder coating is available just give us a RAL number when ordering.

Aluminum Conveyors
Our aluminum conveyors offer flexibility. MAC aluminum conveyors are portable and their solid frame construction make them ideal for finished part applications. We provide a variety of styles straight, incline, horizontal-incline, horizontal-decline and Z-type. Most of the styles we offer are available in aluminum and steel construction.

Belt Conveyors
MAC offers different conveyor specific belt options to choose from: fabric, polyurethane PU, polyvinyl chloride PVC, plastic interlocking chain, polyurethane rope, high temperature. Custom side profiles for belts include: corrugated side walls, v-guide top mounted profiles and v-guide running side profiles. Our experienced engineers will create custom designs to suit your automation needs.
Hopper Conveyors
Units are constructed from powder coated welded steel frame or aluminum extrusion. These hopper conveyors can receive parts from production operations and convey them into a tote, grinder or feeder bowl. Hopper angles are available up to 60 degrees with standard 2 ply TPU belt material with 1 1/2″(40mm) cleats on 15″(380mm) centers. Higher cleats are recommended for steep inclines. Hoppers can be fabricated from 1 to 20 cubic feet. They are constructed of powder coated steel or stainless steel. Our experienced engineers will create custom designs to suit your automation needs. Power Roller Conveyors
Considered an effective means of transporting material and goods around a factory roller conveyor are fast and easy. Our standard steel roller diameters are 3/4″ to 3 1/2″. Custom designs are available for special requirements like turning corners, transfer, change speed, stop, accumulate, sorting, pivoting, reversing, and diverting. These conveyors have a standard metallic silver powdered coated or stainless steel finish. Custom powder coating is available just give us a RAL number when ordering.
Conveyor Leg Chart
This chart has recommended quantities of leg supports based upon normal conveyor belt lengths for all aluminum and steel horizontal / cleated belt incline conveyors. Note: Cleated belt incline conveyors have limited lengths in SFA series of 15' and 30' in HD series.
