CT7E is a new custom reversing control package. This unit is available on MAC reversing conveyors that use AC 3 phase drive motors. The conveyor will reverse its direction when given a signal from the press or process control. This package requires a momentary dry contact closure to initiate the direction change. Travel time in reverse direction accomplished by using an analog timer.

 

The control cabinet is 12” x 12” x 6” and includes (1) on/off selector switch and (1) 3 – position Fwd./Auto/Rev. selector switch. This package uses a Horner PLC (programmable logic controller) that will allow on operator to program how many shots they want the conveyor to reject upon startup and will also accept a cycle interruption signal (door opening) that will reject parts for a programmable shot count.
